1. Description

Jinan Sunpring Machinery Company is a dog food extrusion machine manufacturer in Jinan city, we have much experience in dog food machine and fish food machinery also.

For 500kg/h-3ton/h capacity dog food machine, we suggest that customers use pre-conditioner before raw materials into extruder.

In extruder, the ingredients are cooked, sterilize by high temperature and high pressure. Finally, it is formed into pellets by die which installed on mould housing and cut into

pellets by face- cutting on extruder, the shapes and size of dog food depends on the dies, die is easy to change.

Dog food is dried in a multi-pass dryer until its moisture content is low enough to make it shelf stable. Dog food may pass through a coating drum where animal fat or phagostimulant are applied onto the dog food.

 

a. Raw Materials adopts wheat flour, rice flour, corn flour, defatted soy flour, fish meal and bone meal as raw main materials.
